Venkat has more than a decade of experience in HR and Recruitment. He has served as HR professional with big corporates before getting into HR Consulting. He has been successful in building HR consulting companies from the scratch. Presently, he is one of the Directors in a consulting company.
Venkat holds a degree in Mathemetics and Masters in Personnel Management.
Vinoth Govindarajan : Director - Technology
Vinoth strongly believes that our educational system kills creativity and working on it to change from the industrial model to an agricultural model.
Vinoth has 6+ years of experience in software developement, Since the start of his career, he has built up an extensive experience and knowledge in software engineering and open source development.
Vinoth holds an Engineering Degree in Information Technology from Madras Institute of Technology, Anna University Chennai (India). During his academic years, he has written several papers, on various topics such as semantic web, web search, kerberos, etc. Some of his papers have been published on IEEE journals.
Srinivasan R: Director - New Media
Srini has more than 20 + years work experience, in which 15 + years he had media experience. Started as a researcher and then correspondent in Plus Channel {I) Ltd., he worked in news and documentary area. Independently he had handled several projects connected to documentary films and corporate films. Known as a scriptwriter cum director, he had also produced several educational films for AP Governemnt. He had contributed programmes for the channels like Doordarshan, Star Plus, Zee TV and BBC. Now, showing his interest in the new media he had created a youtube blog, which crossed 1 million + hits. A keen learner of new technologiesl, Srini is poised to make difference with his hardwork and domain knowledge.
Anand : Director - People Alliance
Anand has an overall 12+ years of experience in People Alliance. Has been a Subject Expert in Man Management (Hiring) Industry. Holds a Bachelor of Science from Madras University, India. Master of Labour Management from Madurai Kamaraj University, Madurai and a Post Graduate degree in Human Resources Management, Pondicherry. Working experience includes Leading Consultancy Services and IT/Telecom software companies in Chennai, India.
